Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the managing director, to further develop and implement the organisation’s strategic plans and processes.
Leading, supporting, and developing a growing team where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of the organisation’s key objectives.
Operational, project and business growth management
Systems, workflows, and process improvement solutions
Developing, implementing, and reviewing operational policies and procedures
Oversee order processing, storage, and distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of our products to our customers across Australia.
Oversee inventory integrity, co-ordinating stock takes with warehouse teams and branch transfers.
Manage the quality improvement system to ensure timely raising of issues based on priority for continuous improvement best practices.
Oversee day to day customer service team, processes and systems to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
What we need from you:
Qualifications in operations, management, business, logistics or equivalent demonstrated experience
Very strong IT skills (office applications, collaborating software, e-commerce systems, inventory systems)
Excellence communication skills
Business growth, leadership, and people management experience,
Mentoring skills for a diverse team
Leading by example and setting a cultural tone of efficiency, adaptability, creativity, and inclusion
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
