As our Retail and Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering on that mission by driving best practices and optimizing our supply chain and logistics processes. Reporting to the Head of Inventory Planning, you'll work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement supply chain optimisation, ensure compliance with OHS policies and procedures, provide insightful analysis to support business decisions, and so much more.
As Retail and Supply Chain Analyst you will:
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses including customer behaviour and inventory trends
Provide insight analysis for forecasting, inventory replenishment, and sales trends to support business decisions;
Drive innovation and promote best practices in supply chain operations;
Analyse and optimise the Quad Lock supply chain for maximum efficiency;
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver commercial and financial information, investigations, and recommendations;
Ensure ongoing compliance with OHS policies and procedures;
Continuously refine and improve inventory analysis methods and supply chain processes and procedures.
Your skills and experience:
Comparable or lived experience in an analytical position within retail and logistics;
Amazing analytical abilities and superb attention to detail;
Thorough understanding of the inventory management and supply chain process;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/G-Suite and experience using an Enterprise Resourcing Planning system (NetSuite ERP advantageous);
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to deliver complex data in a meaningful and easily understood manner;
Authentic team player who enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
Critical thinker and problem solver who loves a good challenge.
