With over 35 years’ experience, our diverse, family-owned wholesale business represents 24 world leading brands originating from over 10 countries. We are currently looking for a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to support some of our fastest growing brands. This is an opportunity to be immersed in the sporting industry and utilise different skills in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who is passionate, an all-rounder that is willing to learn with enthusiasm and possesses a tenacious work ethic. Someone who also consistently brings new ideas to the table and strives to achieve their goals. The successful applicant must possess strong trouble shooting skills, the ability to communicate well and have a good knowledge of the bicycle industry. This role has a strong focus on customer service and is crucial to the professional reputation of our brands and BikeSportz. You will be provided with opportunities to assist with various product administration tasks and to use your initiative to contribute to new processes and continuous improvement. The position is available for full time only, located at our head office in Braeside Victoria, and offers several career development opportunities. Salary is based on experience. Key Accountabilities • Handling inbound customer service enquiries via email, phone & live chat. • Handling and processing orders made through the Bikesportz Imports B2B website. • Generating sales via outbound calls with enthusiasm and a deep knowledge of the Bikesportz product range. • Formulating concepts for products and information to be communicated.

• Providing ongoing feedback to assist Bikesportz in further developing internal processes and creating greater efficiencies. • Developing new strategies to maximise sales and generate commercial outcomes. • Assisting with product launches and events where and when required. • Assisting with the management of our website with content, imagery and copy as required. • Participating in weekly team meetings. • Achieving set weekly/monthly/seasonal KPI's and targets. • Maintaining open and effective communication with Bikesportz brand managers, interstate sales representatives, local bike shop staff, and everyday customers. • Managing and growing international and local relationships and partnerships. • Acting as a brand guardian across our business and working with our internal team to enhance our brands in market. Requirements • Passionate about customer service with excellent communication skills. • Timely and professional email responses • Monthly reporting • Ability to multi-task. • Skilled with computers and experienced with excel. • Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills. • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude. • Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks to achieve tight deadlines. • Knowledge of the cycling industry is essential.
