As a Sales Specialist, you are operating from our Melbourne HQ and Showroom. You will be working in our Showroom and be the first personal impression our customers will experience. From our showroom you will host our customers, giving them the warmest welcome they have ever experienced, informing them on our products, and assist with test-rides and inquiries. Ultimately, this is where you - as a sales rockstar - will excel!
But it doesn't simply stop there. You are the jack-of-all-trades when it comes to customer care, support, troubleshooting, and order fulfilment. With your hawk-eye on the customer experience, you guide the process of purchase, delivery, and after-sales like a true host.
You will be working in a great dynamic with our logistic partner, technical support network and of course your colleagues who will be also working from our Showroom. Together you will bring the LEKKER experience to greater heights.
Key Responsibilities

Keep our showroom looking its finest and actively develop our shopping experience together with our global team.
You are meticulous in keeping track of orders and communicating clearly with our warehousing- and shipping partners to ensure customers receive their bikes on time.
A spanner is your friend. Small fixes are not something that scares you.
Be our eyes and ears. Collecting all that is oh so important to share with your team to keep improving our products and services.

A minimum of 1-year experience in retail, hospitality and/or customer support roles is desirable.

Our Requirements
A minimum of 1-year experience in retail, hospitality and/or customer support roles. Experience with FreshDesk is considered favourable.
Great communication skills – strong verbal and written Dutch and English is mandatory.
Flexible in working one weekend day.
