About the Role:
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.
You’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for anything office / workplace-experience related, with the creation of a seamless workspace experience top of mind at all times.
What you’ll be doing, and what skills you’ll need:
If you’re an energetic and creative individual, who knows and understands what it is that makes a workplace great, then this could definitely be the role for you.
You’ll assist in employee onboarding activities; be the key driver for office events and social activities amongst our team; manage our travel needs and any facilities-related relationships, and assist with administrative responsibilities as required.
This is our inaugural Workplace Experience Coordinator - you’ll partner closely with the P&C team with plenty of opportunity to make the role your own.
You’ll be passionate about creating fun and engaging employee experiences - and be able to adapt to any situation.
You’ll immerse yourself within the team - you’ll be the key point of contact for any office / events related queries, so you’ll have an ability to juggle multiple things at once.
You’ll be adaptable and agile to the needs of the role, and the team.
Previous experience in office management (or coordination) or customer service would be ideal.
This role is a permanent part-time opportunity; we’ve flexibility with days and hours, and welcome applicants with a side hustle or who are studying, or keen to work part-time hours.
