The Role
Maintain our customer fleets with quality servicing and repair.
Assemble and quality control our new ebikes as they arrive.
Lend a hand out in the field with Road Side Assistance from time to time.
Help the Warehouse Manager maintain a safe and well-organised Warehouse.
Offer insight and collaborate on smarter ways of working.
Support the workshop team and team leaders on fleet projects.
About You
You love pulling apart bikes, figuring out what makes them tick and being at the forefront of emerging technologies.
Humble & solutions-focused, a down to earth attitude where no job is too big or too small, a positive thinker, approachable who enjoys helping others.
Self-motivated, where you thrive in a fast-paced environment, balanced with strong attention to detail.
You are curious and love to learn new skills and techniques.
Previous experience in bicycle repairs, maintenance and product knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
