Advance Traders Australia has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, team player to join their growing Internal Sales and Operations Team based in their brand-new Head Office in Milton, Brisbane. The role is a key interface between HQ and bicycle shop dealers and as such a person of diligent nature, personable disposition and willingness to get the job done is sought. The role will also require frequent communication and cooperation with field-based sales representatives, as well as other teams within the business such as marketing, finance, operations and brand leaders.
The role will include, but is not limited to, first response to incoming sales calls, first call resolution, building and fostering strong business relationships with current and new customers over the phone, working within a team environment to achieve targets, completion of necessary administrative tasks as required and be responsible for various other day to day needs to ensure the success of the business. A great role to learn the business and then grow as opportunities in different departments and countries become available.
Prerequisites for the role :
At least 1-3 years internal phone sales experience
Experience in, and or knowledge of the Bicycle Industry is preferred but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional approach and a self-driven nature
Cheerful, sunny disposition and a real team player
Pronto system knowledge preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
